THE PROCESS
Measurements & Design: First, we’ll come over and take measurements of the space for your project and also talk over your your storage needs and design ideas. we’ll go over colorway and hardware finish options, drawer and door front styles, handles and accessories available. Second, we’ll create and design a bid proposal which includes architectural plans, picture renderings, along with pricing. Third, upon receiving a signed contract with a deposit, (Cash, Check or CC accepted) installation will be scheduled and completed within 4-6 weeks.
Installation: Prior to installation please have any existing closet systems and existing materials removed. We recommend having a painter demo and remove the existing material, before patch and paint. If you would like us to demo the closet (no patch/paint) on the day of installation, please discuss beforehand for pricing. During installation we are dedicated to complete customer satisfaction and will treat your home with care and cleanliness. All surfaces are wiped down and the entire work area vacuumed and left clean before we leave.
Guarantee: All wood products are guaranteed for life, so if a product ever fails during use we will replace it free of charge.
